Returns and Refunds

Our team is always working hard to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible. Please allow 4 - 7 business days to process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Online orders cannot be returned in-store.

If you wish to return any item other than evening dresses, please contact us and we'll send a courier immediately (delivery fees will be deducted from the refunded amount).


It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns/refunds for item/s (except Evening Dresses) returned to us within 25 days from the date of purchase, this resolution applies if;

The item does not fit you.

The quality doesn't match the description, or you have simply changed your mind.

Please be advised that for us to accept your return, the item/s should pass the quality control done via the returns team, provided that:

The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached

The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)

The item is returned to us within 25 days from the delivery date

The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)

The receipt is available

la blanca has the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer with an explanation and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by la blanca.

Evening Dresses are not eligible for a return or refund but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you on the product page.

Refunds are processed within 4-7 working days of us receiving the item.

Cash refunds will be returned by a courier to your original order address.


Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this. Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card

Items that are tailored or required alteration aren’t eligible for a return or exchange

 

Exchanges

The same rules for returns and refunds are applied to exchanges. If you wish to exchange any of the items (except Evening Dresses) please send us an email with your the pieces to be exchanged and their substitutes.

If possible, we would love to know the reason for the exchange.

Items on Sale

Items on sale can be returned or exchanged with the same receipt amount or higher as long as they meet our quality control conditions mentioned in the returns and refunds section.
